Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions will be communicated to the customer before booking confirmation and may depend on services already arranged and supplier policies.
How to request a cancellation
Send a cancellation request on WhatsApp at +91 8955776754 or by email to contact@vbrotherstravel.online, mentioning your name, travel date and package. We will confirm the applicable conditions in writing.
Changes instead of cancellation
Where possible, we are happy to reschedule your Jaipur tour instead of cancelling it, subject to availability and any supplier charges.
Payments
Bookings are confirmed with a 50% advance payment; the remaining 50% is paid after the trip ends. Any refund of an advance payment follows the conditions communicated to you before confirmation.
